Introducing a Large Hen (RIR) Into a Flock of Silkies

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has experience with introducing a large hen into a flock of docile bantams (such as silkies). Has this been difficult to do successfully? From what I have read, it seems like it is a bit tricky to introduce bantams into a flock of large fowl, but what about the other way around?
