Introducing a new chicken into a existing family

Looking for some ideas into introducing a chicken into an existing family?

we bought 6 then two week later 6 more, my husband put a screened divider in the brooder, so they can check each other out? . i am going to see what they do. two weeks seems to be a lot different in sizes, now at 4 weeks, and the new ones at two weeks. i will give them a week, then try to add to the other girls.

Can i mix my chicks now, they r younger. Three weeks differant , un sexed? Un none. Took the divider out. A couple of the older girls r pecking at them? First night together? I here more chiping then ...
