Introducing a new poult to the flock?

Hi Everyone! I've been reading a lot on this board and am really enjoying it. This is my first post. My question is this: I have a little flock of eight hens at the moment. 3 1 yr old ISA hens, and 5 three month plus assorted types. I would like to add another 3 month plus chick to this group in a few weeks and wonder if you can give me any tips on the best way to do it?
