Introducing A Welsummer

I have 4 little red Pyle hens. They're not know to be especially friendly but they're pretty small. Back when I had a Wyandotte, the Wyandotte was always top of the totem pole. So would it be an ok decision to introduce a welsummer hen to my coop?

X2. I would add the welsummer and see what happens. If there is a lot of fighting and bullying going on, than I would seperate her, but put her where the other hens can see and interact with her (a large cage or dog crate works well for this) and wait a few days before letting her out again.
