introducing a younger duckling to older ducklings

We have 10 muscovy ducklings that are about 5 weeks old and a pekin duckling that is 1 and a half weeks old and the pekin at the moment is living with our broiler chicks but we want to move her with the other ducklings sometime. We've put her in once and they all crowded around her biting her so we took her out. I just don't know how to make it so the muscovies arent so mean to her and when to put her in with them?

Patience - her well being is at stake. I think it is best for them to be as close to the same size as possible. You also might, once she is several weeks old, try putting just one other duck in with her - under close supervision for just a little time - and start the introduction process that way.
