Introducing baby chicks, what to feed them.

I am introducing 4 weeks old chicks to the hen house, with two hens, so what do I feed them all? The chicks have their chick feed, and the hens are eating layer feed. What is good for both the chicks and the hens to share?

A non medicated starter or a grower for all. You sure you want to put chicks that young in with adult hens? The hens are more likely then not, to peck them to death.
