Introducing chick to other chicks

I have a chick that I've been helping out, she got picked on when she hatched. I've introduce she to the other three, they aren't picking on her, but she's terrified of them. She won't go under the heat plate if the others are there.
Should I bring her back inside and try again tomorrow? Or just wait it out tonight?

We're going on hour 5. I'm just scared to leave her out there overnight. Shes scared to eat and drink too if the others are there.

I've had chicks pick on each other at a very young age and I later find out they are both roosters and it never really cleared up until I got rid of one. Just make sure they have more then one feed dish and the one that gets picked on can get away from the others so she doesn't get bloody. Also sometimes it's the pecking order and you have to allow nature to take it's course

You sound like me! You want to keep it safe, but sometimes they prefer each other's company and it does more harm to separate them, she may cry to go back to the others. They are such social creatures!
