I have 7 4 month chickens, 2 roos, and 5 hens. I have found 5 2 month old pullets that I want to get, and put them into the flock.I will be doing a see no touch for about two weeks. Is there any problems with this, like if the roosters will mount the 2 month old hens

the roos normally leave juveniles alone. It is a sign that a pullet is reaching maturity when a roo starts taking an interest. On the other hand, juvenile roos take a while to get their hormones under control

Yes, a good cock/erel will leave an immature pullet alone.

BUT......these are 4 month old cockerels, two of them.

Several problems.
Your 'roos' are young, hormones have just started running,
and multiple males are almost always a problem due to competition.
Bringing in new birds, there is always a risk of also bringing in pests and disease.
Integrating new birds can be tricky.
How big is your coop and run, in feet by feet?
Dimensions and pics would help here.

Are you wanting more females to offset the male/female ratio?
Looking at some of your other threads , makes me wonder what your goals are.

So far the Buckeye roo has been VERY submissive.
I have quarantined them for now.
When we did not have the fence up one of the chicks got out and ran around the bigger chickens, and the bigger chickens did nothing.
My current coop for the big ones is a 4x4 and the run is a 17x40, I have not measured the chicks coop, but I will post pics.
I plan on building a 5x8 coop and adding a 32x50 run to the current run

I am trying to offset the ratio of hens to roosters.
I am trying to get a group of 15 hens and 2 roosters, The rest of the layers will come from this flock I have now.
Then I will hatch chicks every 2 weeks to sell
