Introducing chicks to layers

I have 5 layers and 9 chicks around 3 months old, the chicks won't roost with the layers and there is plenty of room in the coop, how do I fix this issue? Winter is almost here.

They will probably never roost with the older ones because they are lower in the pecking order and are not going to go on the other birds territory.
