My baby chicks are 2 weeks old, and I was wondering when and how could I introduce them to my little flock of 2. The little flock of two are hens of ages 7-8 weeks old.

You really don't have any hens, you have all chicks. The best way would to do a separation where as everyone can see everyone, but no one can mix or peck anyone for a few days. Feed on both sides along this fence.

Then lift the "fence" up just enough that the youngest chicks can go under it, but the bigger chicks cannot. Do not force the littles through, just leave it and let them explore on their own terms. It may take a day or two to get brave enough to venture forth. Leave it a week, and then they should all be fine.

Ditto All Dat^^^

FYI.....semantics, maybe, but can be important communication terms when discussing chicken behavior.
-Female chickens are called pullets until one year of age, then they are called hens.
-Male chickens are called cockerels until one year of age, then they are called cocks(or cockbirds or roosters).
Age in weeks or months is always a good thing to note.
