I have 5, 6 day old chicks. They all want 24/7 attention so I was wondering if would be possible to introduce one of my hens to them to see if that will keep them content. I am hoping maybe she would adopt them.... Any possibility of that working?

    Thank you!

If your hen is in the broody stage then there is no harm in trying

Doubtful, I think. Chicks are too old. You can try, but watch very closely, she just might peck them and hurt them. The chicks should be fine in their lil flock.

    Not really.
The only way is to slip newborn chicks under a broody hen at night.
It's also too late for the chicks, neither will bond.
If you try introducing them, the hen will likely hurt them. Don't worry though, as long as they have food and water, and some sort of activity they will grow without alot of attetion..they have each other don't they?
