Introducing flock to a new coop/henhouse

We are in the process of building a new chicken coop/henhouse. It is quite the "Taj Mahal" compared to where they are at present. (I hope to post pics when finished.)
Looking for any advice, tips, instructions, etc. on getting the flock to start using the new place, when complete.

They will probably be hesitant just because it's someting different. If it has more breeze or air movement than the old one, they should take to it as soon as you have a warm day. You can always try bribery.
