Hello there!
I had just adopted 3 hens and would love some tips to introduce them to my established flock.
Right now I have 3 Isa browns, 2 bantom roosters, and a bantom hen (whom is separated from the rest since she is nesting on two eggs)
I have the new hens coop in their run so they can get to know one another through the chicken wire. And let them out once a day all together as a supervised activity.
And Ive read this takes time. My 3 established Isa browns are very affectionate towards me so I make sure when they are all together I give them attention. But I also give the new hens attention so they can feel comfortable and secure with me.
But what has worked for you in the past? They are all 9-10 months in age so their age difference is almost the same.
