(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
We have had chickens pretty much all our lives. Just decided to start the hobby farm spring 2017.

We currently have 30 chickens, 6 turkeys, and 4 ducks.

(3) What breeds do you have?
Chickens we have are= Salmon Faverolles, Black & White Jersey Giant (and hopefully Splash eventually), White Sultan, Silver Laced Polish, Crevecoeur, and Saipan Jungle Fowl. We also have Turkeys= Bourbon Red and Royal Palm. And lastly Ducks= Swedish Blue and Black Indian Runners.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
Doing Google searches for info.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Farming, Hunting, Fishing is life.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
We are a family of 4. My wife, son, daughter, and I. We are attempting a start up a hobby farm with limited space right now till we can find the farm of our dreams. Aside from the poultry we have Nigerian Dwarf goats, Kune Kune pigs, and miniature ponies as livestock. We also have Chinchillas, hedgehogs, and sugar gliders. Always looking to add to the diversity of our farm, so new animals will probably be added. We are located in Mineral Wells, WV.

We aren't currently selling eggs, but will be soon. Kinda jumped head first into this and all of our animals are quite young yet. As far as the Bourbon Reds, I got lucky and found a local breeder. I bought all 13 that he had, so I could decide later which breeding pair I wanted and sold the rest.
