hey guys. i have a runner and a silkie that hatched but there is a person up the road that is selling beautiful silkie chicks red blue and black, for only 5 dollars!!!!!!! so needless to say im going to buy 2. anything to look for when buying chicks. i know silkies are insanely hard to tell male and female... but is there some characteristic i can look for? like a big poof on the head... or something!!! lol and how do you think it will go if i introduce these 2 week old silkies to my 3 week old duck and chick. they are in a brooder about 5 feet by 5 feet. its huge! let me know what you guys think
