Introducing Muscovy drake to ducks

How long should I keep a new muscocy drake penned before allowing him to interact with my 3 girls (plus Indian runner girl). Any tips and tricks on introducing them? Hes currently penned out of sight

I generally just release and watch them. It usually goes well.

I ended up moving him into sight, left him penned for 2 days so they could see each other and then let him out, but my eldest girl wont stop harassing him (hes younger but still bigger than her). I'll keep trying but will seperate when I cant supervise until she at least stops trying to pull feathers out grabbing him

Maybe pen the trouble making female up and see how it goes for a bit?

That might actually work. The other ducks arent really bothered by his presence when I let him out. One Muscovy seems interested in him and almost happy to see him, the other two ducks dont care at all

Turns out not closing the boys door properly last night was a good thing, today Cream the bully is no longer chasing Star-Lord around and he even had a swim in their pool. I guess I worried too much and they just needed time
