Hello and welcome to BYC!
Each chicken needs at least 4sq ft of coop space, 10sq ft of run space, 1 linear ft of roost, and 1sq ft of ventilation. Half that for bantams. Also 1 nesting box per 4 hens.
Use 1/2 inch hardware cloth for the run and ventilation, and have an apron around the coop too. Use predator proof locks/latches.
