Introducing new chickens to my flock

Okay I have two girls over a year old and one closer to eight months, I tried to introduce two 6 month old Barred Rocks and the three girls were very aggressive to them. I have since separated them but they are in sight hoping they will accept them eventually, any ideas?

You have to let them work it out. Leave them alone unless they draw blood. Give them places to hide, distractions such as new items ot jump on, treats, etc. and give them as much spacce as possible -- this is no doubt the most critical. If blood is drawn, you may have to arrange a setup where they can see but not get at each other for a couple of weeks.

Ditto this^^^....every time you separate, then reintroduce, they just have to start the process over.
