Introducing new chickens to new chickens

I'm going to be putting a year old polish roo and a couple of new ladies (I think they're ladies) into a new coop. They will all be considered "new" to the coop. What's the best way to go about this? The girls are about a month old. But they know each other. They have never met the roo. Any advice?

I actually read that post earlier today but wasn't sure if it applied to my situation but I'll try some of those tips.
