We started out with 3 chicks. One turned out to be a roo. They are now 9 weeks and have been in the coop for two weeks now. We are going to be getting 3 more pullets this weekend...around two weeks old. How do I go about introducing the new ones to the original two? Should I keep them in their brooder but in site of the older pullets? Keep them separated until they are older?

Thanks for the info.

I would put them next to each other, separated by something like chicken wire, and let them get accustomed to each other. It might work fine to mix them after a few days, or they might need a lot longer, just depends on the chickens.
