Introducing new ducks to the flock

Anyone have any tips on how to introduce new ducks to a flock. Want to try to avoid any problems. Will my drake try and beat up any other males? Can more then one drake be in the flock? Thanks for any help.

if you dont have more than 5 females there should only be 1 drake

I wish I had some tips for you. I have a 5 week old pekin I've been trying to integrate into the flock and Shifu the duckling is terrified on them and I dont think she quite knows shes a duck. Plus the flock isn't all the interested in her. I am currently trying to find some other ducklings younger than her so she can have her own flock.
