Introducing new ducks

A few weeks back one of my two ducks died and the other duck was devastated despite living with 8 chickens! so we got a new duck, a drake, and they have become very close, but we got a new duck today a female, so that we have two laying ducks and they aren't accepting her and she is very timid. Will they accept her?

Yes...Remove the Drake and introduce the Hens first ...Wait a few days and have him in a look no touch pen....Then introduce him back as they free range....
