Introducing new flock to old one?

This is my first time I am raising chickens, and I could only have a few where I am living at right now. So I have one 12 week old pullet and I wanted her to have some company so bought two 3 week old chicks, I know I am going to move them outside in the coop soon. So I would like to know how to introduce them slowly so the older pullet wont be aggressive towards them. Thank you for your advice.
