Introducing new flocks

I'm sure this question has been asked a lot but I haven't found a thread about my certain situation. I have had a flock for about a year(1 Americana rooster 1 Bantam rooster 4 Red Hens and 1 Americana Hen). I I have a second flock(1 Red looking Rooster 3 red hens 2 Plymouth Rock hens and 2 black hens). Both flocks were bought at Tractor Supply and have been mingling in the yard together but go to separate coops at night. A coworker has given me his flock which I am picking up Sunday(1 red rooster and 7-8 red hens) My ultimate goal is to get them all together. Not sure if this is at all possible but any tips suggestions or comments are much appreciated.

I have five roosters and each get around 8 hens in my flock. They argue some, but they have enough space that fighting doesn't really happen. Introductions should be very careful. If your coworker says his chickens have been healthy, you might not have to quarantine. Put them in a pen so they can't get to the others for a few weeks, then let them mingle together in the yard. The roosters are likely to argue some, so keep an eye out for this. The hens may also argue. However, if they stay in their own separate mini-flocks, fighting should be less likely then if you are trying to get them to all stay in one coop together.

Yeah I'm thinking keeping them in their separate flocks would be ideal but having three coops is going to be pain. Thanks for the advice!
