introducing new girls??

thinking of adding a few more girls to my 6 girls . 3 of my 6 girls are starting to lay. iam sure the others are soon to start. all the same age. what would happen and how should add maybe 4 or 6 more girls that are just starting to lay.

If you can keep them in a pen close to the other girls so they can see each other but not interact with each other keep them there for a few weeks.Or if you cant do that put the new ones in there at dark and usally they dont realize they are new.
 
Yea I agree. I wouldn't just put them with your other chickens. My Buff Orpingtons wouldn't take a new chicken very well. I learned that the hard way when I was caring for a chick that broke its leg and I let it walk around with the other chickens and my chickens attacked it. Thankfully the poor chick didn't get hurt.
