Introducing new hens

What is the best way to introduce new birds to the flock? I only have 3 but I plan to get more today.

Put them in at night. The new birds have a better chance of being accepted that way.

Thanks, that is what I had heard. That is one cool chick in the picture.

You may have no issue with the "sneaking them in at night" method, but you should also be prepared to house them separately for up to a month, in case they still fight terribly. I'll find a link on introductions.
