Meet me halfway, Kate! I need a nigerian dwarf on the tiny side for 4H. We bottle feed. The bucklings we got at 10 days and bottle fed 8 weeks.

Well if Marybelle has three, one could be bottlefed and if Java has twins or more we must bottlefeed the multiples (she can't handle more than one)...so watch for updates. The other does are all due between now and the 26th.

First off, all you who are saying you need a goat....YOU DO.....GET ONE...ACTUALLY GET TWO!!!! I love my goats. Just got them this year and they are a total joy.

Helmstead - If only you were closer I would love to take one of your bucklings as a pet.

MissPrissy - If you are going, let me know. I am in Maryland. Of course, my wife would kill me.

My sister lives in Lincoln Park, IL(yuppie part of Chicago)....total city slicker. Doesn't understand me with my chickens, pigs, goats, ducks, etc....

She came by and saw the pygmy's... initially why in the world would you want a goat.... after being around them for 10 minutes, she fell in love. More so the pygmy's than the boers. They are just so darn cute.... Now she wishes she could have one...but not so much to move out of the city....
