introducing pullets and the pecking order

I was forced to add two pullets to my other pullets with only a day of being in separate but adjacent coops. The newbies are being bullied by the others. They are all the same age (even from the same hatchery order).

Will the bullying ever stop with the exception of being at the bottom of the pecking order?

I now have the ability to re-separate them for a week or so - will this help?

Any advice is appreciated,
