Introducing Pullets to Pullets

Whelp, I said I wouldn't, but I went and did it. A breeder near me has 2 pullets that she had held back for her program, but they aren't quite up to the standard, so, tomorrow I'm adopting 2 Silver Laced Wyandottes who are about 6 weeks old . My girls are currently 8 weeks and set to move to their coop tomorrow. I've read plenty about introducing pullets to hens, but is there anything different about adding pullets to pullets?

Not really. At this age it should be easier than introducing chicks to adult birds as they're close in age.

That's what I was hoping. I figured I'd get some advice when I pick them up tomorrow also Still keep them separate for a while or is that more for adults with a totally set pecking order? I do trust that these are healthy birds, but don't want to stress anybody out too much.

It's really up to you. It's suggested you quarantine new flock members for 30 days. They can seem healthy until they're suddenly not. If you trust the breeder and think they're healthy you can try putting everyone in the coop at night and let them wake up together in the morning. New surroundings for all at one time can take the focus off the newcomers.
