Introducing White Crested Polish To Flock

I'm having a heck of a time getting the flock to not mangle my 3 month old white crested polish. At two months I introduced her with 2 silkie bantams and a houdan. My older chickens pecked her to bleeding on one wing. I took her out to nurse her back to health for a month. I tried putting her back again and they pecked her even worse in the first 15 minutes. Any ideas? I cut her crest so she could see better but, that didn't work.

Sadly enough, Polish frequently are targeted by other larger birds. She may never be accepted, and you may need to rehome her or set her up in a separate pen with the silkies.

I was afraid of this. I love her so much I think I'll just build another coup for her and my fancy ladies. The layers are just too hard on the purty ladies
