Introducing younger chicks with older

I have a group of 7 - 7 week old pullets that are already in the coop using the run. I'd like to intro a group of 6 - 5 week old pullets to them. I don't really have the means to separate them for any length of time. What is the best way you would suggest to do this?

I would place them so that they can see each other for a few days (if they can't already) but where they can't get at each other. That way they get used to other group and it makes the transition easier.
