Should be a cute chick, but if you opened the bator you may have compromised your hatch.

BTW, I've opened my 'bator a zillion times during hatches with no ill effects.

I suppose humidity runs a little different in OR and WA than it does in AZ.

Didnt open it for the picture but i did to refill water....which is why i had to help him zip, but hes doing perfectly fine now...Started to peck at another chicky hatching and was completely dry so i put him in the brooder and hes already eating!! Didnt think he would eat this early lol....My polish hatched over night also, and i have at least 2 more pips but nothing going on with them yet
