Hello, I had 4 chickens (4 months old), and added a newbie (2 months old). Everyone wanted to attack her :-( so I partitioned the coop in half and put the young one alone for a while, then for the last 3 weeks or so I've had one of the older chicken in with her (our most docile). At first the older one still was attacking the little one. BUT...as the last few weeks have passed they now get along and are friends. They can eat together, dust bathe together, sleep etc
MY QUESTION IS.....now that the one has totally accepted her, do I add another of the original to be with those 2, or take down the partition? There are 3 in one half, and 2 (newer one plus 1) on the other half.

Good move!!

Hard to say what would be the best nest step.
I'd be tempted to try to let them all together.
Might depend on how much space(coop and run) you have and how it's divided.
Dimensions and pics might help here.
