Introduction of new ducks/geese

Me and my husband are thinking about getting a few ducks and a couple geese this spring, but we already have 3 ducks (1 pekin, and 2 mallards). We got the ducks we have in March of 2009 so they are about a year old now. So I guess my question is.... what would be the best way to introduce new ducks/geese into our flock we already have? Do geese and ducks generally get along with each other? We have not ever had geese so it would be a first for us.

I would seperate the new ones at first so the others can see them but not hurt them. After a couple days try them together and see how it goes, there will probably be some pecking at each other but shouldn't last long and as long as no one is getting hurt let them sort things out. Just take it slow they should be fine.
