Introduction to BYC, Hello! ISO: Baby Ducks

Hello, I am looking to start a small flock of ducks to help eat bugs in and around my garden. I am located in Central Ma and when I went to tractor supply they said I would have to order 12 ducks due to state law. 12 is more than I would like to start out with. Can anyone in the Central Ma, area recommend a farm or someone they know who would sell a few ducks? I have ample space that abuts conservation land with a natural water source on my property. Thank you in advance for everyone's help.

sorry when I saw your post I thought MA was Maine. Have you thought of adoption? Majestic Waterfowl rescue may have some ducks for adoption.

I am in MA, try perfinder if you want adults. There's a whole new batch on there as of Saturday.
If you want ducklings I'd try a feed store in NH or mail order of you want sexed ducklings. But those duckies on petfinder could sure use a home! They've got some Muscovy ducks too.
