new mommy hen here! I have 13 chickens hopefully all hens. They are quite the mix of different breeds. Myself and my kids are very excited to have our own chicken family. I bought my first 6 chicks in January of 2018 and apparently 6 just wasn’t enough. They are so freaking cute!!! Every time I went to cal ranch I ended up buying more chicks!! My three big black sex link hens just starting laying and then suddenly stopped. My others are still a little young.
