Hello!

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am raising my first flock this year! I got them in late May.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? We have 16 chickens currently.

(3) What breeds do you have? We have 5 barred rocks, 5 buff rocks, 5 white rocks, and 1 lakenvelder that I’m starting to realize is a rooster.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? It came up whenever I googled chicken questions and the answers were helpful.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Cooking, baking, reading, gardening, and working my Usborne business

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I am a stay at home mom to a 6 year old girl and 2 year old boy. My husband is an assistant pastor who works primarily with teenagers. We eat a LOT of eggs so we decided to get chickens. :)
