Introduction

I am not new to chickens and currently have chickens, ducks and goats on my farm. We have several different breeds because we like the brown, white, green and blue eggs. We have been farming for about 10 years now and currently have a 10 acre farm where our chickens and ducks free range - protected by two amazing great pyrs. We have about 30 chickens and 8 ducks. I love getting the eggs and sharing them with family and friends. I am into lifelong learning so I engage i hobbies like blacksmithing and metalworking, I restore furniture and just enjoy life. I work off the farm in Information Technology so it is always fun to utilize my job skills on my farm as well. I had joined BYC a few years ago but had to register again. I love seeing he posts and being able to share my personal experiences with others.
