(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
yes i am new! I have grown up with chickens so 2003
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
1 chickens and 3 ducks
(3) What breeds do you have?
Jersey giants, barred rocks, buff orpingtons, california white, rhode island rooster,english game bantam rooster, red sex link, a mix breed,and a hen i have no idea what breed is, as for ducks i have a pekin, a black runner, and a white crested
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
the eggs, how funny they are, watching them grow ,training them to do tricks
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
showing chickens, riding horses, competitive swimming, being outside, growing plants, and sleeping in
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. I have a large family,i have a dog and cat,i will soon start volunteering at are locale vet clinic, i am training to swim in the 2024 olympic games
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
i found BYC several years ago when looking for a cure for one of my chickens, i joined so i could talk to other chicken people and ask questions about my chickens when they are sick

Welcome to BYC! I'm guessing the "1" chicken was a typo. Good for you training for the olympics!!! It will be fun to have an Olympian in our flock!
