I'm thrilled to be a part of BYC. We have raised chickens for about 6 years now. Silkies, Polish, Americaunas, Brahmas & Barred Rock. We call the hens "the ladies" and we love watching them run around the yard always busy. They each have their own personalities which is fun once you get to know them. Currently we have about a dozen (hens/roosters) and looking forward to having them for years to come. Thank you for providing such an excellent site for us to get important information to take care of our lovable birds and of course to share pictures and shop.
