Introduction

Hi all! I am new to chickens. We just moved to raw land in the mountains of Virginia. I am hoping to start a homestead. I found this site after searching for questions and finding most of my answers here. I started with 11 chicks but 1 died within a week. I know I have 3 Americanas and 3 lavender orpingtons. I'm not sure what the other 4 are. I look forward to being a part of this community.
