Hello, my name is Nikki, I've been raising chickens for about 5 years now. Currently, I have 16 chickens in total, 3 barred rocks, 1 crèvecœur, 6 silkies, 3 americaunas, 2 easter eggers, and 1 naked-neck chicken. They are such fascinating creatures and I love raising them. It's so funny how they all have different personalities! I have a silkie rooster and my favorite thing is seeing what type of babies he produces with different breeds of chickens. My silkies are very docile and beautiful, I'm even considering sharing some of the fertile silkie eggs in the near future.
