As for your incubator.
Expect the best and the worst.
There's no happy medium.
Don't want to sound negative.
1) never open the incubator while it's running. The temperature will fluctuate and causes problems for the babies .
2) keep it at 101 degrees
3) make sure you have a auto rotator, if not you need to turn the eggs manually.
4) not all eggs will hatch.
5) not all chicks will survive the first hour.
6) put all that to aside and enjoy the ones that survived.
Do t forget to put there Beek in the waterer and wipe there poop off their butts.

Opening the incubator during incubation is fine soon as its fast. Otherwise candling would be impossible and so would removing chicks during hatching
2) keep it at 101 degrees
99.5F for most incubators
3) make sure you have a auto rotator, if not you need to turn the eggs manually.
4) not all eggs will hatch.
