Quails. I'm very new. Just started like 2 weeks ago.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
Zero quails but hoping to have at least 2.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Quails.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They're cute.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Gardening.

Welcome from New Orleans. I have never owned quail as an adult, but many people here do. I hope you enjoy your time here. Find a quail thread and join in. I am sure they will be happy to answer questions and talk quail with you.
