Hi!
I live in southern Ontario, Canada. I started my flock in 2020 and have a mixture of ISA browns, RIR, EE, marans, and some beautiful breed unknowns. My rooster is a stunning but miserable leghorn.
We had 2 broody hens this summer and ended up with 14 chicks who are now 9 weeks old.. the ladies co parent (one has 3 the other has 11). Were hoping to have a few hens and keep one rooster, but I’m afraid there may only be one hen and the rest Roos! Waiting to hear some crowing (or not, fingers crossed!)
We also have a Muscovy pair, Stevie and Tony, who are absolutely spoiled.

:frow Welcome from New Orleans. Sorry to hear you think you have so many cockerels. When I read what you stated, it brought me back to a similar situation we had a few years back. 2 broody hens, 1 hatched 2 chicks, the other hatched 8 chicks, of all the hatchlings only 2 were pullets. I hope you have better luck than we did.
I am so glade you joined us. We are for the most part a fun loving, informative group that tends to be very accepting.
