Hello my name is Hilda and I am from Bellevue, Nebraska. I have 7 hens and I have had them for about a year now. I have a mix of polish, booted bantam, amrock and rhode island red hens. My favorite aspect of raising backyard chickens is having my children learn about them. I love to read, paint and host family functions. My family and I have recently moved into Bellevue, Nebraska. I found BYC just recently through the Bellevue community. I have so many questions about raising my chickens and I was in search to find a community to join! And I am so excited to be part of BYC!
