hey guys, never knew there was forums like this on the internet for people who love chickens. i have 4 little beauties. 2 Japanese bantams called Gretchen and Matilda. they've both just turned 10 years old n lay like lil troopers. i was given some eggs in 2010 for Gretchen to raise as she was broody. i have from that clutch 2 of the most cheekiest, sweetest, noisiest lil buggers i have ever known. Queenie who is a silkie/australorp cross and Olive who is a black rock/Cornish game cross. they spend all day in my back yard n only sleep in the locker at night. will upload pics of my girlies asap
