The Hippocratic Oath, though no one really knows who actually wrote it, is at the very least based on tenets which Hippocrates, who is considered the father of western medicine, and a heathen held dear.
The modern version of the oath, leaves off references to any deity, except to say in the sixth paragraph that Above all, I must not play at God (it neither says or implies WHICH god, as this is a personal matter of each person taking the oath and it matters not at all which deity
