Investigating the deck...and leaving presents...

My girls have discovered our deck lately and make their way up the stairs to look around. No food up there, nor great views (kind of walled in), so I'm not sure of the appeal other than maybe hearing my voice through the screen door.
Unfortunately, they left behind a nice big pile of poo on the steps that I stepped right into! I now see the need for a backyard pair of shoes that stays out there....hmmm...

My 3 ladies come up on our step and look in the door when we leave them out alone for a minute. Sometimes they peck the window frame in the door, and it sounds like they're knocking.

I have to regularly hose the stoop off!

before I got a rooster, my girls always hung out right around the house because I was their roo, now they go where ever he goes and he stays away from the house mostly.
