In this part of the world we are now thinking of how we are going to keep our chickens from freezing this winter!
I have a little over 40 birds too. 5 are Guinea Fowl. They are mostly a mixed breeds too. I sell eggs so I try to have mostly good layers. People seem to love my eggs because they range form small tan, to medium dark brown, to a couple of large white! Even the shapes range from almost ball shaped to long and thin.
I love my chickens! Although I am not apposed to eating one now and then!
Chickens were one of the best things I ever got!

I love to talk to people from other parts of the world! People seem to be so different, yet so the same!
